This page describes what MyHealthJourney collects through this website — specifically the Contact Us and Request a Demo forms. It does not cover data handled inside the MyHealthJourney product itself for registered medical centers and patients; that is governed by a separate agreement with each medical center.
What we collect
When you submit the Contact Us or Request a Demo form, we collect the name, work email, phone number, medical center/organization name, and message you provide, along with which page the form was submitted from.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your inquiry or demo request. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Submissions are retained for as long as needed to follow up, and are never permanently deleted outright — records are marked inactive (soft-deleted) rather than erased, so we can maintain an accurate history of inquiries.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted through this site, reach out to us via the Contact page.
